CAMPGROUND RULES


Our campground rules are posted clearly, and for those who choose to not abide by them, campground exit is eminent. This is done with our motto “YOUR place to get away from it all!” in mind. Rest assured in knowing that you will have a quiet and peaceful experience, and if there are ever any infractions that the management doesn’t catch, please notify us! YOU are the reason WE are here!


GUESTS & VISITORS:  EVERYONE MUST REGISTER BEFORE/AFTER CHOOSING A CAMPSITE!  Must be 18 years old to reserve a site.

 

SPEED LIMIT:  5 MPH through the entire campground! Please, watch for playing children!


CHECK OUT TIME:  1PM EXCEPT FOR SUNDAY 4 PM


QUIET TIME:  12 am to 8am on Fri & Sat nights, and 10 pm to 8 am on Sun - Thur nights. Please keep your conversations and radios to a minimum, they are not to be heard outside your campsite.


CHILDREN ARE EXPECTED TO BE BACK AT CAMPSITES BY DARK.


NO FIREWORKS:   Fireworks of ANY type are strictly prohibited on the campground property. If fireworks are discovered, the responsible campsite will be immediately vacated and no refund will be given.


VISITORS & GUESTS:  Subject to all Campground rules.
     All visitors must register before/after going to campsite.
     Visitors are asked to leave by 9:00 pm


CAMPSITE:  Keep Clean and Neat. DO not cut through other sites that are being used.

 


RV's:  All units must be approved RV class & maintained in good condition.  Older units may require visual approval before

being permitted into the Campground.

    *TENTS:  NOT allowed in RV area


CAMPFIRES:  All fires must be confined to fire rings.
      Campfires are not to be left unattended. Please be a responsible guest.
      Do not throw glass containers in fire pits.
      Please, do not dump hot grill coals on the grass, as this is a fire hazard. Please, dump them into the fire pit only,
      or suffocate them.


FIREWOOD:
     You may bring your own firewood or purchase ours.
     Do not cut or deface the trees within the campground.
     Do not burn pressure treated lumber, painted wood, waste or railroad ties.
     All fire fuel is subject to approval by management.

GARBAGE:  Do not leave trash on site, in fire pits, or in any other place throughout the campground.

 

SPORTS VEHICLES:  NO ATVs, mini-bikes, scooters, dirt bikes allowed. Golf carts with RESPONSIBLE drivers are welcomed.


PETS:  Vicious pets are NOT allowed.  All pets must be tied up or on a leash at all times and droppings picked up.
Excessive barking will not be permitted and you may be asked to remove your pet from the campground if this occurs.


POND USE:  Restricted to registered campers only. 

     Visitors/Guests must pay the day pass fee. 

     Swimming ONLY in beach area.

     SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!  

     Children must be accompanied by adult  at all  times when using the pond whether swimming or fishing. 

     No glass containers allowed at the beach or in or around the pond.


WEAPONS:  Firearms, bows & arrows, BB guns, or any item considered a weapon is prohibited.  NO HUNTING ALLOWED!


SMOKERS:  Please dispose of butts properly. THE GROUND IS NOT YOUR ASHTRAY and could be hazardous to the property.


ALCOHOL: USE:  In keeping with the family environment, excessive use of alcohol is not permitted!  Campers / Visitors drink RESPONSIBLY or you may be asked to leave. Possession or use of drugs is prohibited and will lead to eviction and arrest. You must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.

 

Public Display of Alcohol Intoxication, Underage Drinking, Disorderly Conduct, Fighting or Obscene Language will result in eviction! 

ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY NO FIGHTING OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED! THIS IS A NO-STRIKE POLICY! NO WARNINGS WILL BE GIVEN AND VIOLATORS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY VACATED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!


ACTIVITY ROOM: No food or drinks on pool table. No smoking in activity room. No children allowed in activity room without adult supervision.


SHOWER HOUSE: The shower house is a privilege, not a right. Meaning you must clean up after yourself. Please keep it clean. There is a brush supplied for the toilet. If there is toothpaste or dirt in the sink, rinse it, please.


Please forgive us for all the rules just as we forgive those few campers that make them necessary.
